Jeff Turnage, Board Attorney
Mr. Turnage is the attorney for the Columbus Redevelopment Authority board.
He graduated from the College of Charleston, South Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1982. Mr. Turnage served in the United States Marine Corps Infantry and was on active duty until 1986. He retired from the Marine Corps, Reserve Artillery in 1991, achieving the rank of Captain.
Mr. Turnage attended the University of Mississippi School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1992. While there, he was a member of the Moot Court Board and was published in the Mississippi Law Journal. His a member of both the Mississippi and the Lowndes County Bar Associations. He is also a Past President of the Mississippi Municipal Attorneys Association.
Mr Turnage is currently a Shareholder Attorney at Mitchell, McNutt, & Sams. He resides in Columbus with his wife.
