Lofts at Lee - Lee High School
In 2018 the CRA successfully marketed and sold the former Lee High School and Middle School to local businessman, Scott Berry. Berry, a former student and graduate of Lee High, subsequently undertook a massive renovation to transform the former facility into a mixed use development containing luxury apartments, meeting space, and commercial spaces suitable for restaurants or shops.

The former school building was completely gutted and replaced with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
Unfortunately, Scott Berry passed away in 2019. Continuing the project fell to his wife, Ruth. The project was completed in 2020 and was named Lofts at Lee. Visit Lofts at Lee online for more information
