Park View - Burns Bottom Project

Park View is the latest project of the CRA. The area now known as Park View was historically known as Burns Bottom. The area is now home to an award winning soccer and sports complex and park, a farmer’s market, as well as access to the Riverwalk, a beautiful 4.4 mile waking and biking trail.

The development of Park View follows the tenants of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Development, which emphasizes walkability, aesthetics, and community. The development is bounded on the west and east by Third Street North and Fifth Street North and by Third Avenue North and Seventh Avenue North on the south and north.
